Shipping Options & Rates
We currently offer the following UK shipping options:
Standard Tracked Delivery (2-3 Working Days)
- Letterbox-sized package (up to 500g): FREE
- Fully tracked for peace of mind
- Estimated arrival within 2-3 working days from dispatch
Next-Day Tracked Delivery
- Parcels up to 500g: £9.99
- Orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery
- Fully tracked with real-time updates
We currently ship to UK addresses only.
Order Processing & Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next working day.
- Orders before 3pm (Mon-Fri): Dispatched the same day
- Orders after 3pm (Mon-Fri): Dispatched the next working day
- Weekend orders: Processed on Monday
Tracking Your Order
All our shipping options are tracked through Royal Mail, so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can check its progress.

How long does delivery take?
- Standard Tracked: 2-3 working days
- Next-Day Tracked: Arrives the next working day if ordered before 1pm (Mon-Fri)
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We’re working on expanding our reach, so stay tuned!
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact The Cosmic Wellness Company as soon as possible at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to update your address. Once shipped, we can’t change the delivery details.
What happens if my order is delayed?
While we work with Royal Mail, delays can occasionally happen due to factors beyond our control (weather, strikes or high seasonal demand). If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking details or contact us for assistance.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
All shipments are tracked, but if your order appears to be lost or hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, reach out to The Cosmic Wellness Company at [email protected] and we’ll investigate with the courier.
Can I upgrade my shipping after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to upgrade your shipping to Next-Day Delivery. Get in touch ASAP and we’ll assist if possible.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on letterbox-sized packages (up to 500g), however, the £9.99 next day tracked delivery still remains in place. Subscribers will receive their monthly deliveries with no shipping costs.
