Eligibility for Returns

Please note: Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed are not eligible for returns unless there is a verified quality issue.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide Evidence: If applicable, include photos of the damaged or incorrect product for faster processing.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with a returns code or number and postage instructions.
Returns Postage
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return postage costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for postage costs.
We recommend using a trackable postal service using Royal Mail, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Refunds may not include original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at hello@astro-fuel.co.uk.
